This family-owned company specializes in the construction of large-scale projects in both the commercial and private sectors. They have consistently grown over the past few years and are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to further their development and help expand into new market sectors.

Within this role, you will oversee and take charge of multiple projects at once, liaising with experienced construction professionals across the Northeast region. Through excellent specialist training, you will be given support to progress into an executive leadership role within a company that invests in the future of its staff.

The Position:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle of a variety of developments in the commercial construction industry
• Work effectively with construction and subcontractor teams, preparing bids and proposals to secure new work
• Training courses on offer, along with exciting career progression
• $120,000 - $130,000 + Bonuses + Auto Allowance + Per Diem Pay + Great PTO Structure (17 days) + 401(k) + Health Insurance, Vision, Dental

The Person

• Experience in Commercial Construction Project Management
• Possesses a combination of technical training or experience, and/or a Bachelor's in a construction-related field
• Strong computer skills and experience with MS Project, Word, or Excel
• Experience in Estimating is desirable but not essential
