As a Task Order Owner you will develop strategies and plans to efficiently implement operational policies and achieve portfolio performance in support of strategic objectives. The Task Order Owner will be responsible for solution delivery as well as supporting the sales process with accountability for managing a significant and profitable revenue stream. This role will enable you to lead multiple project/program managers and/or senior level individual contributors and may serve as advisor or project sponsor role for moderately complex engagements. In scope for this role will be to manage business operations and resources the delivery of Testing services. You will manage internal or external resources to deliver business-aligned outcomes. This role will be responsible for the coordination of task order-based services and work on time and within budget. This includes the management of the delivery schedule, risks, and status reporting to leadership. Finally, you will manage multi-functional teams to include internal Oracle Cerner resources, subcontractors, and external vendors. This will be a client facing role.

We like to see

• At least 12 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
• At least 7 years of consulting experience
• At least 5 years total combined higher education and related work experience
• Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
• Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

We love to see

• Federal Government experience
• Delivery of commercial technologies to the Federal Government
• Extensive Cerner product knowledge preferred
• Significant information systems testing experience (including automated testing)
• People management experience preferred
• Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the practice focus.

Expectations

• Must be living in or willing to relocate to an already virtually location
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superb communication (written, presentation), organizational, interpersonal, and consultative skills
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
