Contact Center Associate - FULL TIME
Sway Communications headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina with an off site location in Forest, VA. Sway Communications is the Premier Contact Center servicing faith based and principle-based organizations.
Sway Communication is seeking full-time remote Contact Center Associates for ALL FULL TIME SHIFTS. This is a temp to hire position.
Contact Center Associates will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound calls. They may also assist in other projects, including, but not limited to, processing data entry.

The Contact Center Associate will report to the Director Of Operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls ordering products, taking donations, prayer requests, praying with callers, and customer service requests
- Record customer information accurately
- Processing credit card payments
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Other project work may include digital chat assistance, customer reviews, email responses
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute with 98% accuracy
- Proficient with browser based applications and the Windows O365
- Team player
- Strong work ethics
- Quick learner
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work the committed schedule
- Ability to work both Saturday and Sunday weekly
- Ability to work all holidays
Other Requirements:
- Position is a remote, work from home position. Environment must be quiet and professional.
- Technical system requirements – PC only-Windows 10 or higher (NO MAC), direct connection to High-Speed Internet, and a headset that is connected by USB port to your computer. (*Technical specifications and speed test administered before initial interview.)

Full-time – Working 38+ hours weekly
Availability:
Our contact center is open 24/7/365/All Holidays/All Weekends
Employees will be scheduled to work their 38+ hour shifts (Saturday - Friday) - within the availability they are hired for. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE MANDATORY!
We offer different options for shifts and hours for a Contact Center Agent. The ideal full-time candidate will be able to work any 8-hour block in one of the following time frames: (Please note: there are no set days or hours worked. Selecting one of the below means that an 8 hour shift will be assigned during the selected hours)
1st Shift -Saturday - Friday: 7:00am-6:00pm EST
2nd Shift - Saturday - Friday: 3:00pm-1:00am EST
WEEKEND ONLY Shift: 8, 10, 12 hour shifts each of these days
Friday – Sunday / or Saturday-Sunday / or Friday - Monday
Pay:
$10.00 - $13.00 per hour.
Training:
· Onboarding and training will be conducted remotely
Experience:
- Customer Service and/or phone experience: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
