Position :-Content Developer

Work Location:- Indianapolis Headquarters.

Shift: 8am - 5pm

• Any specific skills, requirements or experience you want in a candidate: Proficiency in Learning Content Development and/or Instructional System design ; experience with various software platforms such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or other software tools ; Microsoft Office Experience ; Knowledge of SCORM ; Degree/Certification in Instructional System Design, Content Development, technical communication or adult learning

• Any additional Medical Surveillance testing required? No

• Will non-local/remote candidates be considered? No, must be onsite 3 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Proficiency in content development and instructional system design to assess learning needs, design a course and development materials.
• Interested in storytelling for a brand, using traditional and non-traditional media platforms to tell story to R&D personnel and our industry partners.
• Assist with content development and creation of instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product.
• Assist team with exercises and activities that enhance the learning process including creating and designing content in various learning capacities to enhance the learner’s experience.
• Assist in creating of various learnings using a variety of software platforms, such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Vyond Animation Software, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and other software tools to provide technical learnings under the oversight of the R&D Excellence learning project leads.
• Partner with R&D Excellence Consultants, R&D Subject Matter Experts, and Cross Functional Business Partners to design and implement blended learning experiences aligning with Global R&D needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:-

• Preferred BA or BS degree or equivalent experience in technical related field, learning, preferred in Instructional Design, Content Development, Educational, Technical Communication or Graphic Design
• Knowledge of e-Learning software capabilities as well as supplemental media capabilities (video, simulations, etc.) to create dynamic engaging learning solutions.
• Knowledge of SCORM compliance and troubleshoot
• Experience with course development teams (Content Assembly, External vendors)—Preferred but not required.
• Experience with branding and graphic design (stock photography, etc.).
• Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Camtasia, Abode Captivate preferred
• Experience with file maintenance, file share structure, and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
• Preferred experience with Instructional Design (ISD) best practices, writing learning objectives & e-learning interactions
• Visual design skills and ability to storyboard including experience with branding and graphic design or development vendors.
• Strong relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Solution oriented with desire to evaluate and then implement programs to achieve greater impact and sustainability.
• Team oriented with desire to collaborate cross functional and within a team environment.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.

ELIGIBILITY:-

• In process of obtaining BA or BS degree or equivalent experience in technical related field, audio/video technology, graphic design will be considered.
• Team oriented with desire to collaborate cross functional and within a team environment.
• Aptitude to learn and develop and be coached by others.
• Good organization, prioritization, and time-management skills in order to multi-task, ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
