Candidate will perform duties related to civil matters. Some of the responsibilities include: Analyze legal documents; Gather relevant information from involved parties; Perform analysis of evidence and develop case theories; Perform legal research; Prepare Motions; Prepare/respond to discovery; Interpret legal documents for clients; Gather evidence to help negotiate settlements.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
