ABOUT THE ROLE:
Manage finance and accounting departments providing information, primarily financial in nature, about all company activities that will assist management, its shareholders, and other users in making educated economic decisions about the company's future.
- Establish and maintain forward-looking financial information including revenue forecast, budgets, and cash flow model. Our department is responsible for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements and annual review process.
- Oversee the activities of the disbursement department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, core employee expense reports, and cash control.
- This position will initially perform Billing and Accounts Receivable related tasks. The goal is to eventually transition the Billing to where the Controller would serve in an oversight capacity.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely management of all accounts receivable aging components including billings and cash receipts application.
- Ensure corporate income tax compliance to assure the accurate and timely completion of all corporate income tax returns taking full advantage of all favorable tax codes.
- Establish and maintain an industry standard system of internal controls which is reflective of proper segregation of duties.
- Oversee financial process improvements through coordination with key leaders within the organization.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related degree and experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Two or more years of hands-on accounting managerial experience.
· CPA certification.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will oversee the accounts payable and billing processes along with the subsequent support personnel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
