The Cook is responsible for bringing flavor to life using set menu specifications to delight our members. Cooks are excellent at multitasking and have experience moving around the kitchen while following instructions to create delicious meals. Prior experience as cook required. They are responsible for Cooking and preparing all foods for Santa Rosa Golf Club using established recipes. Prepares daily specials and special events foods as needed. Maintains portion control for all foods served. Controls spoilage and waste. Responsible for the quality control and presentation of all foods served. Maintains sanitary health practices around the preparation of food. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Hourly wage: $15. per hour plus gratuity. Favorable hours of operation: 6:30am-6pm based on shifts. Restaurant closes at 6pm every day. Hours may vary for special events.
