Infinity Healthcare Management is looking for a Corporate Director of Human Resources to lead the Field HR Operations. This position will provide Human Resources oversight to the Regional Human Resources Consultants and reports directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to make an impact!

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS:
Holds an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a human resource related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience managing the human resource functions preferably within a long-term care or other senior healthcare setting. CCP, PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Valid driver's license required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Policy writing, implement and train HR regionals on new and existing policies and procedures.
Compliance, FMLA, ADA, Osha, FLSA, EEO, Worker’s Comp, EEOC (assist General Counsel).
Organize employee file as directed by established procedure and on boarding of new hires.
Supports educating and communicating established Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
Review and research payroll issues and will work with leaders and payroll department to provide solutions.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings as needed.
