High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree required.- Two (2) to three (3) years experience as a Director in the Admitting areas of an acute care facility required, with management and leadership experience of five (5) to eight (8) years preferred.
- Preferred Skills and Abilities: Must be able to demonstrate understanding of and ability to interpret regulatory standards as they apply to the Admitting areas as well as OSHPD, CMS and EMTALA regulations. Strong organizational skills required for effective communication with Prime Healthcare Services Corporate, Prime Healthcare Associates, physicians, public, staff and local administrations. Must be able to work in fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $150,000.00 to $190,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure. Additionally, employees in this position may be eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus program. Discretionary bonuses, if any, are based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to individual and Company performance.
