JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing a courteous, visible and reassuring presence among members and guest whenever on duty. Works as a team participant to ensure the Resort meets the quality standards set by the Company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Conducts resort community patrols several times a day.
  • Checks in daily with Courtesy Patrol Supervisor and/or Resort Manager to receive an update regarding any potential situations as well as review patrol log from previous shift.
  • Completes a daily patrol log communicating pertinent situations to management.
  • Completes incident reports as necessary which includes taking photos.
  • Responds to all after hours calls in a timely manner.
  • Secures and locks amenities and common area buildings at designated closing times.
  • Monitors exterior lights and reports outages to Resort Manager.
  • Maintains communication with local police department and Resort Manager calling 911 in the event of emergencies.
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding sensitive company, personal member/guest, and employee information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent is required. One to three years experience in a customer service environment as well as experience working with a financial receivables and reservation system. Basic reading, writing, math and good computer skills are necessary. Excellent communication, customer service skills and problem solving abilities are also required. Knowledge of and experience working within the RV business preferred

The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
