- High School Diploma / GED Required
Experience Qualifications
- 3 years Clerical experience. Required
- 3 years Provider enrollment experience. Required
- Experience with Microsoft office products including but not limited to; Excel, word, and PowerPoint. Preferred
- Experience in meeting minutes. Preferred

What you will do
- Credentialing and privileging. Investigate and evaluate applications and report to the Lead Credentialing Specialist.
- Meeting preparation, attendance, transcription of minutes and all other aspects of meetings.
- Maintenance of OPPE, FPPE, expireables to include boards, licenses, protocols, and Emergency Department call schedule
- Primary Source verification of non-medical staff practitioners who order tests and ancillary services.
- Must demonstrate knowledge about established and evolving medical staff bylaws, regulatory requirements, privileging, OPPE/FPPE, governmental requirements (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.), NCQA regulations and the application of this knowledge.
- Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with superiors, co-workers, physicians, and customers.
- Maintain confidentiality of all business/work and medical staff information.
