Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking skilled and experienced Medical Staffing Coordinator for an exciting opportunity in Jacksonville, FL! Temp to Perm position!
Summary:
- Performs credentialing and other administrative support services for Allied Health Professionals, Medical Staff members and Medical Staff leaders in a professional and confidential manner.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrates ability to communicate with medical staff and administrative personnel.
- Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and Florida statutes relating to medical staff
- Demonstrates ability to use word processor and implement filing system.
- Ability to maintain data base system to include all staff members regarding demographics, licensure, insurance and meeting attendance.
Required Experience:
1-2 years - Coordination/management of medical staff affairs
Must have 2 years credentialing experience in a hospital.
Preferred Licensure/Certifications:
Certification by the National Association of Medical Staff Services as Medical Staff Coordinator or Professional Credentialing Specialist.
