The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Manager, Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for the credit review on all accounts within assigned portfolio. You will establish and maintain good communication with customer Accounts Payable department. You will review customer orders referred to the Credit Department. You will process new accounts through investigation of credit applications, respond quickly to customer inquiries and maintain good record keeping. You will develop and maintain good ties with the US commercial organization to facilitate meeting CSL Behring and CSL Biotherapies business requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for periodic audit requests, you will work closely with Treasury and Accounts Payable on wire initiation and reconciliation, and assist the Manager of KOP Treasury Operations with day-to-day activities. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule.

The Role:

Manage assigned accounts receivable portfolio to meet key performance criteria – DSOs, percentage current, Average Days Delay, deductions, managing order referred to credit.

Perform detailed financial analysis to support recommended new / renewed credit limits.

Review and release orders on credit hold.

Identify and report on potential high-risk situations. Process "Proof of Claim" for customers who file bankruptcy.

Assist Manager, KOP Treasury Operations with day-today activities, including:

• cash management
• bank relationships

Perform Wire initiation for the CSL Behring and Seqirus wires and work closely with AP on reconciliation.

Carry out special projects assigned by Manager, Credit Management and Manager KOP Treasury Operations.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other related major is required.
• 0 to 2 years of general credit & collections or treasury/cash management experience.
• Proficient use of spreadsheet, word processing and A/R applications (SAP) is a plus.
• Experience with SAP ERP system a plus.
• Strong leadership and international skills to be an effective communicator with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Expertise in financial statement analysis, cash management, credit law, and management reporting.
• Manage and juggle competing priorities.
