Full Job Description

Our Weatherization Crew Lead will be responsible for supervising a team of Weatherization
Technicians and will be expected to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work
available. We are offering a pay range of $25-$30 per hour based on skills and/or experience.

The responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Supervise and train a team of Weatherization Technicians in performing pipe insulation,
  weatherization, LED bulb replacement, refrigerator replacement, hot water heater
  replacement, thermostat installation, air sealing, and heating/cooling.
• Coordinate the work schedule and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of
  weatherization projects.
• Perform a physically demanding role, which includes entering small, tight spaces such
  as attics and crawlspaces, as well as carrying heavy equipment.
• Promote a positive and professional manner upon entering a customer’s home.

Qualifications for our Weatherization Crew Lead:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in weatherization or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Experience working with hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including entering small, tight spaces and
  carrying heavy equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure the safety of the team.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Valid Driver's License.
