· This position will report to the CRM Dynamics Developer Team Lead and is a key member of a high-performing team of software professionals responsible for building, supporting, and continuously improving the Customer Relationship Management platform(s), currently Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3+ years of software engineering experience and experience with enterprise CRM systems Duties and Responsibilities: - Leads complex, cross-functional software engineering projects from inception to completion - Helps define and assist in the implementation of technical processes and procedures including on-prem and cloud architecture, PaaS, unit testing, integration testing, automation of build processes and configurations Driven to share their knowledge with others, helping to guide technical conversations in a productive manner Knowledge and experience with the entirety of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - The list below represents the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the position.

Must Haves:

- 4+ Years of experience developing in C#

- 4+ Years of experience developing in JavaScript

- 2+ Years of experience working with Enterprise CRM Systems (Dynamics 365, SugarCRM)

- 2+ Years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server / TSQL

- 1+ Years of experience in ETL / SSIS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or equivalent

- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities

- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people

An ideal candidate would also have experience in some or all the following:

- Client Development Tools (Angular, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS, JQuery)

- Low / No-code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps

- Business Intelligence software (PowerBI, Tableau)

- Cloud-native development (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

- Source Control / Git (Azure DevOps) Data Integration with multiple source systems

- Automated build/deployment processes and configuring servers

- Developing web services for enterprise applications (REST, XML & JSON)

- Identity frameworks and protocols (OpenID, OKTA)

- Working on complex and long-running projects with cross-functional project teams

- Agile-based software development using SAFe or similar methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
