Crocs/HEYDUDE is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bring passion in delivering self-service analytics solutions across the globe. As a successful Data Analyst, you need to be passionate about data, making sense of it, and presenting it in ways that provides better decision-making. You are required to be exceptionally detail-oriented, but you don't lose sight of the big picture. You are familiar and comfortable with financial terminology and reporting. You are willing to learn how to present data and information in a way that resonates with broad groups of people, and you demonstrate the ability to center your work on business strategies. WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE

  • Responsible for completing tasks within a sprint; activities include, data modeling, spec creation, user story gathering, Power BI report building, dataset testing.
  • Responsible for defining standards for data analysis, modeling, and writing queries
  • Aligning the business analytics roadmap with the team members/business roadmap for projects
  • Responsible for solving data related issues and communicating resolutions
  • Identify process/data gaps, define approach to fix them and propose solutions
  • Responsible for bringing self-service analytics solutions to life that provide business value
  • Supports projects and sprints through design, build, test & deployments as an independent analyst on our agile team of users and data engineers
  • Responsible for understanding end-to-end data flows
  • Build and refine user stories (requirements) for data pipelines and reports by capturing information from functional business areas and collaborating with partners
  • Build Power BI datasets, DAX measures and visualizations
  • Assist in preparation for and execution of testing new data developments with attention to detail
  • Provide advice and support to Power BI users within business teams
  • Consistently educate yourself with the latest features and capabilities within analytics platforms (Power BI, Snowflake, Power Automate)

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, business and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in a Business Analytics or Financial reporting type capacity
  • Understanding of finance and accounting processes and terminology
  • Good communication skills; ability to interact with technical teams, communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Proven technical skills and understanding of IT concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
  • Proven commitment to customer service; anticipates and goes above and beyond by making customer issues a priority
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is encouraged; must be a problem solver and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to think strategically and operate tactically
  • Shows aspiration in role by taking initiative with appropriate projects, tasks and job duties
  • Detail oriented
  • Familiarity with Oracle Finance Module
  • Experience with constant currency reporting
