• 
  Will be trained on, and will uphold the philosophy and concepts of the Fountain House Model.
• Lead activities and encourage active participation among members.
• Assist members in finding meaningful employment and applying/interviewing. Provide support and training at job sites as needed.
• Assist members in accessing transportation and/or provide needed transportation.
• Coordinate operational activities in the unit including member recruitment, scheduling, cleaning, maintenance.
• Market the Clubhouse to inactive members, businesses, and other community members.

• Degree in a related field preferred. High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders and/or lived experience preferred.
• Experience with the Clubhouse model and services highly desired.
• Valid drivers license required.
