CTSS MENTAL HEALTH WORKER Job at Bethanna
The Clinical Transition and Stabilization Services (CTSS) Mental Health Worker will assist emotionally and behaviorally troubled youth with transitioning into and remaining stable within therapeutic foster homes. Within this innovative clinical support program, all services will be provided under the direction of the clinical team, including CTSS Director and team Therapist.
A Bachelor’s degree in a mental health discipline from a regionally accredited program is required. At least one year post-graduate experience providing behavioral interventions and case management to children and youth in a mental health/child welfare setting is required. Ability to work effectively as a team member and navigate multiple systems simultaneously is critical. Effective communication (orally and in writing) is required.
