We are currently seeking a vibrant, experienced leader to oversee the day to day culinary services operations within the community, proactively engage and develop all culinary team members, and deliver the highest nutrition and food quality to ensure a first-rate resident and guest dining experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- 2 – 3 years as a Culinary Director in Assisted Living/Memory Care
- Experience creating and executing a successful dining experience for residents and their guests
- Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations
- Exceptional teambuilding and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the state regulations and compliance management
- Effective communication skills
- Strong financial judgement
- Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet platforms, including email.
- Desire to work with older adults and their families
