We are Bismarck's medical marijuana manufacturing facility. As we expand our footprint throughout the state, we are currently accepting applicants for a full-time Cultivation/Harvest Tech. Preferred candidate

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the horticultural duties associated with the care and maintenance of the vegetative cycle of all cannabis plants within the Facility. This encompasses everything from propagation to harvest to drying and curing. Training includes basic plant work deleafing, lollipopping, trellis, veg/flower growth, checking for insects, canopy heights, nutrients and soil media.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Participating individually and in small teams for general cultivation duties, such as pruning, trimming, transplanting, moving plants, watering, applications, potting, harvesting, and sanitation of equipment.
- Responsible for the horticultural duties associated with the care and maintenance of plants.
- Transplanting plants into larger containers as needed.
- Participate in production activities for designated stages of plant growth.
- Includes sweeping, mopping and maintaining cleanliness of all cultivation areas, tools and equipment.
- Break down and set up plant production areas after harvest, including: sweep all work areas, sanitize crop benches, wash down rooms, and prepare to transplant new crops.
- Complete all reporting requirements regarding tasks performed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required
- Extremely high attention to detail required.
- Ability to perform a monotonous task with great efficiency over eight-hour work periods without losing quality.
- Demonstrated ability to understand weights and measures in standard and metric systems.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- General knowledge of horticulture equipment and irrigation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a physical capacity.
- Ability to execute techniques consistently.
Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old. Must be able to pass an extensive state mandated background check, no felonies allowed. Clean driving record required. Valid driver's license required along with reliable transportation.
