- Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Summary
The Account Coordinator (AC) will be a member of the Sales & Customer Service team and will work as a part of a self-driven solutions-focused team.

The Account Coordinator (AC) will be a member of the Sales & Customer Service team and will work as a part of a self-driven solutions-focused team.
- The AC will support day to day data and problem-solving needs of the Customer Service team.
- Act as the daily point of contact for any operations-related customer service needs to assigned serving sites.
- Serve as a central point of contact for both our customer base and our internal staff and must be able to successfully communicate with both.
- Monitor and help ensure the timely and successful delivery of our meals according to school orders and needs.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Identify and grow increased meal service opportunities within assigned schools and collaborate with management to ensure growth attainment.
- Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Other related duties as assigned by the Vice President of Sales & Marketing or the Chief Commercial Officer.
Qualifications
- Hardworking team members who provide excellent customer service in all they do.
- 2+ years experience in a stakeholder or customer service role with demonstrated success.
- Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; comfortable learning new programs quickly.
- Valid CA Driver’s License and ability to get covered by Revolution Foods / Better 4 You Meals Liability Insurance.
- Access to a reliable automobile for travel to service sites throughout Southern California (mileage is reimbursed).
- Clear understanding and ability to balance external customer needs with the needs and operations of Revolution Foods / Better 4 You Meals.
- Engaging presence and strong ability to build authentic relationships with a variety of stakeholders, ranging from School Principals to lunchroom aides to parents.
- Outstanding phone communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills are required.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Action-oriented and inclined towards helping others.
- Adept at problem-solving and able to quickly come to solutions.
- A focused individual who can work comfortably and effectively in a shared space with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Committed to the mission that all children will have access to nutritious food to support the development of healthy minds and bodies.
