Job Summary
The Analyst, Delivery Operations role seeks guidance when required to support execution and influence outcomes to fulfill their job functions in Delivery Operations, which includes Procurement, Fulfillment and Personalization, Statement and Letters Capabilities, Material Intake/Review, Capability Servicing, Accuracy Review and Strategic Sourcing. The Analyst develops the skills to be able to execute and manage relationships, complete deliverables with accuracy and prioritize competing deliverables.
The role may work in any of the following areas with the following duties:
Brand Production: Sources Brand and Marketing Materials for Bread Financial to include Category and/or Commodity management execution, supplier relationship management, negotiation, risk management, and supply base performance management. This position will be internal and external client facing and plays a key role in the training and sharing of creative sales solutions to control costs and provide a competitive advantage. This position is vital to leading and managing supply-chain activities, problem resolution, and communication with leadership.
Card Operations: Manages, implements, and decommissions large scale projects for both reissue and daily credit card fulfillment. Reconciles and balances over 1MM per month in credit card fulfillment costs. Serves as SME (subject matter expert) of all processes within card operations capabilities and handles escalation and communication to sr level management when necessary. Manages the process of developing card operations capabilities and provides direction and assistance with executing projects and programs accurately and on time. Fosters an environment conducive to creating efficiencies, and providing feedback to peers as needed. Manages and supports ongoing new client implementations.
Customer Content Operations: Performs first line of defense (FLOD) review of customer facing assets including marketing and bank related materials. Uses advanced knowledge of FDIC and CFPB banking regulations. This position will be brand facing and will be responsible for communicating brand and internal partners at various levels of the business. Accountable for reviewing asset specifications and building process documentation. Drives proactive solutions based on historical trends and ensures information is used within team. Maintains productive and successful working relationships with internal and external partners. Facilitates key learning session for team, designed to identify issue duplicity, reoccurrence and general repetitive trends. Works with the Specialist to develop process enhancements.
Letters/Statements: Leads process to partner with Capability Services for developing marketing capability strategies from requirements/design. Drives execution of plans to facilitate testing and production installation of new capability or enhancements. Responsible for end to end management of assigned capability including monitoring and tracking development needs to improve capability. Serves as internal subject matter expert for the capability supported. Manages and supports new client implementations. Manages the process of developing solutions and provides direction and assistance with executing projects and programs accurately and on time.
Capability Servicing: This position will support the demand side of the business in defining client project requirements and implementing capabilities into our client's environments; monitor and recommend best practices through documentation and audits; influence use of capabilities with internal and external partners; and oversee third party platforms and relationship.
Accuracy Review Team: Acts as subject matter expert of monitoring activities within the department; Drives adjoc quality control and assurance that arise due to business need; Assists in building and execution of new monitoring activities; and Communicates results of monitoring activities to various areas of the business.
Credit Card Agreement Operations: Manage and support first line of defense processes for Credit Card Agreements (CCA) in line with CFPB banking regulations and requirements. Accountable for creation, maintenance, & fulfillment of CCA related assets. Involved in CCA related projects such as Change in Terms, Prime rate changes, process mapping, naming conventions, research, CFPB quarterly submissions, securitization, research and CCA historical repository updates. This position assists with training and procedure writing and updates. Works with Specialist and Manager to develop process enhancements. Maintains productive and successful working relationships with internal and external business partners. Manage and lead Archer Issues.

Problem Solving: Actively evaluates current processes and procedures for improvements and efficiencies. Demonstrates flexibility and able to work with ambiguity. Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions appropriately.
Documentation/Quality
Assurance- Strong written and verbal communication skills are used to executes audit and quality assurance processes for materials and/or capability. Ensures quality and timing meets expectations from the business. Uses some guidance in the creation, maintenance and completion of reporting. Apply knowledge of Microsoft Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to execute daily work.
Relationship Management- Actively participates in meetings with both internal and external partners to build trust and rapport with some guidance. Becomes knowledgeable in the processes and procedures that are needed to execute and support job responsibilities.
Forecasting Planning and Risk Management- Solves problems and executes on risk and resolution plans for the supported capability or service. Applies forecasting techniques under guidance to ensure tasks are being executed as expected.
Business Perspective and Team Building: Maintains business perspective in the face and contributes to building a high-performing and positive team atmosphere.
Reports to: Manager/Senior Manager – Delivery Operations
Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements: Normal office environment; some travel may be required (up to 5% annually)

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience:
Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Sale, Operation Management
Two or more years experiencein the Financial Services Industry or Operations
Pay Range:
$24.70 - $51.90
The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
