Customer Coordinator (REMOTE) Job at Comcentric
We are seeking a REMOTE Customer Coordinator for a 12+ month contract (strong possibility of extending the contract or converting to a FTE).
This role is a non-customer-facing position. Working with internal POC with limited to no interaction with customers. Requires a GSA background check with fingerprints.
Job Description:
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
- Receive orders that come in, we take those orders, and we actually start keying those in multiple systems that we have which are online gui applications to a computer
- Verify data and correct data where necessary.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
- Enter data from source documents into the computer systems and forms.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Qualifications:
- Formal computer training is an advantage.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
- Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data.
$12.50/hour W2, non-negotiable. All equipment is provided.
Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders. No 3rd party candidates, W2 only.
