A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LIAISON
In this office position, you effectively schedule service appointments for our chimney technicians. You answer phone calls from clients, contact our field technicians, and make return calls when necessary. As you interact with clients, you gather information, manage schedules, and process new and existing service requests. Your knowledge of the industry allows you to provide clear answers to any questions our customers may have. You get great satisfaction from providing excellent customer service and enjoy helping the team from the office!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LIAISON
- 2+ years of office experience
Are you highly organized? Can you prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you able to provide exceptional customer service over the phone? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LIAISON
This part-time position typically works in the office Monday-Friday from 2 pm - 6 pm.
