Customer Complaints & Returns Administrator

Key Duties:
Processing of customer complaints in SAP
Seek clarification from originators as required
Direct site of manufacture sample requests to the customer for continued investigation
Notify other complaint coordinators and investigators as required
Assigns and closes tasks upon completion
Provide status updates to investigators and customers as needed
Create and send customer notifications
Attend weekly MRB meetings
Seek status of outstanding tasks for completion as needed
Document correspondence within the complaint in SAP as required
Generate monthly and quarterly reports as needed
Assist in guiding users with the proper complaint process


Experience & Education Required:
Experience using SAP. Understanding of complaint process and/or supply chain. Understanding of ISO 9001 standard.
AA or AS Degree or equivalent experience, science related field a plus. Advanced knowledge of MS Office. Excellent communication and writing skills. Must have written and oral proficiency in the English language.
