Nelson & Kennard, a busy Sacramento based law firm specializing in Creditors’ Rights for 35 years, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will contact and negotiate with consumers on behalf of our clients to resolve outstanding delinquencies. The work will be performed in a fast paced, high-volume environment with a focus on providing stellar customer service. The candidate will receive thorough training and resources to succeed in this position. We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven individuals who are passionate about customer service, take pride in their work and have the desire to succeed. Sales, call center, dispatching, collections, retail, food service or other customer service experience is a plus

· Should be a self-motivated individual capable of multitasking

Duties to Include:

· Managing a large portfolio of diverse, multi-client, collection accounts

· Handling upwards of 150 incoming and outgoing calls each day

· Negotiating with individuals to resolve delinquent balance accounts while providing excellent customer service

· Resolving disputes in a professional and respectful manner

· Managing accounts through the legal collections process (including post-judgment execution)
