As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers.
Greet and assist all customers in a friendly and timely manner- Issue tickets, assign seat assignments, check baggage, board flights and provide any other information needed
- Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints
- Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews
- Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights
- Other duties as assigned
We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! SkyWest Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. To apply, you only have to meet the following criteria:
Must be at least 18 years old- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Ability to lift 60 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willing to early mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical agility test may be required
- This is a full-time position, starting at $15.50 an hour
