Tomales Bay Foods, home of Cowgirl Creamery, is looking for

an enthusiastic person to join our Sales Department. This unique group of

food-lovers brings their diverse backgrounds to this collaborative team. As a

member of the team, you will build impactful relationships with our customers

by providing exceptional service & introducing them to some of the most

delicious artisan cheeses (and other goods) from across the US and parts of

Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to grow in the

industry, especially if you're looking to build upon existing retail or other

food sales experience.

What You'll Do:

• Daily customer interaction via phone and email to take orders and support sales
• Process daily invoices and sales orders
• Educate customers about new products, promotional items, and special features
• Support new customer on-boarding
• Participate in regular tastings and product education

What You Bring:

• 1+ years customer service experience
• Prior cheese industry experience is a plus, either in retail or wholesale, but not required
• A positive, outgoing attitude with an organized, efficient, and proactive workstyle
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Quickbooks experience is great but not required
• Working proficiency of Microsoft Office a plus, also Google Suite
• Collaborative & team focused mindset

• This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position. Rate DOE.
