Turk Furniture has been a family owned and operated business for 133 years. We are currently searching for a Customer Service Associate for our Joliet, IL location. Candidates must posess proven customer service experience, with the ability to handle multiple tasks / projects at the same time.
We are searching for a part time customer service associate with one to two years experience, detail oriented, with flexible hours including nights and weekends. Responsibilities would include, but not limited to answering incoming phone calls, address service questions, general customer concerns, processing customer orders including follow up while maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers.
