The Customer Service Team is the support system for our talented photographers, our clients, and the management teams alike. Our focus is to resolve all issues with heart and grace as soon as they are brought to our attention. This opportunity is great for someone who loves photography and thrives on figuring out solutions to make people happy. There is the potential for full-time opportunities down the road, depending on performance and need.

Fulfill orders
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls
Reply to emails, when needed
Follow up with pending tasks via phone or email
Create birth announcement proofs
Minor editing

Preferred but not required:*
Previous customer service experience
Photoshop experience
Photography experience
Lightroom experience
Excel experience
GSuite: Google Docs and Sheets

Part-Time Schedule:*
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 12- 6 pm - In person at the Naperville Studio.
Saturday 12- 3 pm - Work from home, pending approved equipment.
