Clyde's Animal Clinic in Mattoon, IL is looking for A CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE/ KENNEL TECHNICIAN to join our 17 person strong team. We are located on 320 Buxton Drive. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE

*Greet clients and make them feel at home *Answer any questions the clients may have *Assist Clients in making appointments for their pets *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Responsibilities KENNEL TECHNICIAN
-
*Provide care for animals housed/visiting the Hospital *Check-in animals for boarding, talk with owners, write specific feeding and medication instructions *Record all information on boarding forms; record and label all personal belongings. *Clean and disinfect cages, runs and yard as needed
Qualifications

*Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns clients may have *Good communication skills with clients *Able to work 30-38hrs per week

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $17.00/hour.
