Customer Service / Office Representative Job at JOHN ROBERTS TOYOTA
- Assists service and parts department with telephone coverage.
- Communicate professionally, friendly, and efficiently with callers and visitors.
- Obtains basic demographic information about each customer using the computer system
- Frequently addresses service connect list and contacts customers as needed
- Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to parts and service departments.
- Refers customers who have questions about the work performed, additional maintenance, repairs, etc., to the service advisor or other appropriate individual.
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
- Maintains and files repair orders, parts invoices, and rental forms; lists missing documents.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Keeps work area neat and clean.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
