Customer Service/Pro Shop Attendant Job at Camaloch Association
Customer Service help needed at Camaloch Golf Course.
Work in the FUN field of Golf in our Pro Shop. You will be serving customers at the pro shop counter, checking them in for golf and setting tee times. (No Golf Experience Necessary)
We can offer a flexible schedule and 20+ hours per week.

Job Overview:
The Pro Shop staff is our frontline of customer service. Pro Shop staff put forth a professional and kind persona to help customers and members feel welcome to play golf, purchase merchandise and practice at our facility. The Pro Shop staff helps the golfers get on the course at the correct time and helps golfers keep moving on the course.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Customer Service
· Check in golfers for their round of golf
· Makes tee times for golfers at the appropriate times
· Takes payment for golf, golf carts, merchandise, snacks and tournaments.
Carts
· Brings out carts for their shift
· Parks carts neatly outside of the pro shop
· In pairs with a space between each pair
Monitors Golf and Golfers
· Tracks tee times and turn times for golf groups
· Responds to complaints from golfers on the course
Retail Sales
· Assists customers making purchases
· Restocks shelves and clothing racks
· Keeps displays looking fresh, clean and well cared-for
· Retains knowledge about golf products
· Takes payment and makes change
· Ensure correct products are being rung up
Supervises Cart Staff and Volunteer Marshalls
· Checks to make sure cart staff are on task, not hanging out, and complete their job appropriately
· Gives tasks to cart staff as needed
· Directs Marshalls over hand held radio to trouble areas on the course
· Informs Marshalls of necessary tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Camano Island, WA 98282: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
