We have been installing and servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout Connecticut since 1988. We provide a range of services to our customers including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more! Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in-house sheet metal shop by state-licensed fabricators. The air conditioning and heating arena is our business, not a sideline. A DAY IN THE LIFE AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

As an HVAC Customer Service Rep - Office Administrator, you arrive each day determined to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer, taking calls and assisting clients as needed.

Additionally, you perform basic clerical duties, including invoicing, scheduling, filing, and database management. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about playing an integral part in keeping the office running smoothly.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

  • Customer service experience
  • Phone skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to type 35-45 WPM

Familiarity with the HVAC industry would be a plus but is not required. We can train the right person! Are you organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Do you have good communication skills, both verbally and written? Are you attentive to detail? Are you friendly, calm, patient, and able to empathize with others? WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position. The typical schedule would be Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
