What you’ll be doing?

• Provide a SUPERB customer experience.
• Represent the Acree way- Positive, Passionate, and Professional.
• Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls (the volume of calls gets higher during peak season, anywhere from 50-100 per shift).
• Gather detailed information and build thorough customer profiles.
• Respond to email and chat inquiries.
• Available shifts include 7 AM-4 PM, 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, or 10 AM-7 PM. Rotating Saturday Shift.

What you'll need to bring to the role?

• Experience handling a large volume of phone calls.
• Ability to multi-task, act with urgency, and think fast.
• Basic computer skills (ability to learn and pick up software/systems quickly, i.e., client management software).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a PLUS.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent desired.
