Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with a passion for great customer service to join our team. The qualified candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for creating new work orders, scheduling and dispatching Field Service Technicians, managing service workorders from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Create and dispatch service work orders based on customer issue and Field Service Technician training
- Schedule and monitor Field Service Technician daily driving routes to achieve the highest level of productivity and efficiency
- Manage service work orders from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer emails/phone calls
- Program and deliver customer access devices
- Remote programming of access devices into customer access control system
- Spreadsheet development of customer databases (export and import from multiple systems)
- Invoicing and some service call A/R follow up (assist bookkeeper)
- Process customer credit card transactions when required
- Assist lead CSR and other managers with projects
- Assist with occasional marketing campaigns
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required. Degree a plus.
- 2-4 years experience in a very fast-paced CSR environment
- Medium to high proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively via written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on time sensitivity and level of importance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with enterprise database software
- Ability to identify problems and execute solutions in a timely manner
Full-time position includes paid holidays, vacation, simple retirement, and health benefits after 90-day probationary period.

Our service department performs repairs and routine maintenance for all our service offerings in the following areas: preventative maintenance contracts, full-time customer service representatives for trouble service call dispatching and 24/7 on-call services. Our service vehicles maintain a significant supply of inventory materials to help reduce the added expense of return calls for our customers.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
