Customer Service Representative

Immediate Start – Charlotte, NC (Candidates MUST be able to commute to this location daily)

We are currently looking for a confident, driven individual to work closely with our new charity client as a Customer Service Representative.

Initially, we would be looking to train you within the new campaign, to provide solid representation for our clients and generate new, long-term donors, so strong communications skills are a must! Once you have a full understanding of the client's needs and the campaigns, you would then be responsible for teaching and developing your own team, where you can expand/gain leadership and management experience.

Previous customer facing experience is ideal, but we believe individuals with a great attitude and mindset is more important, as we provide full training and can help you develop the skills required.

Customer Service Representative Duties

This is not your average customer service job; no two days are the same. You will be carrying out meaningful work giving you great job satisfaction at the end of the day. Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing donor relationships at our private site events across the Georgia region
  • Completing donor applications and collecting payment details from new donors
  • Assisting prospective donors with questions they may have and give full product information
  • Deal with customer requests
  • Provide the customers with information about the charities
  • Establish and maintain excellent communication and sound working relationships with co-workers.
  • Ensure the clients brand awareness strategy is implemented and overall market share is positively impacted as a result.
  • Actively participate in scheduled company sales meetings, district and regional conference calls and other business meetings.
