Job Title: IS/CS Representative

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the needs of our house accounts, as well as supporting outside sales efforts. You will work closely with customers to ensure they receive the highest level of customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, technical support, and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately and timely, and customer inquiries are responded to promptly.
  • Process POs prioritizing E-commerce drop ships through customer portals and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and quality to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide technical support to customers both over the phone and via email, helping to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives to support customers including providing analytics to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to existing and potential house accounts, including upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Continuously refine and improve customer service and sales strategies and processes to increase customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, and/or technical support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with customers, sales representatives, and other members of the team.
  • Technical expertise and experience with relevant technologies, products, and services preferred.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using EDI and customer portals.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service.
