We are looking for a competitive insurance sales specialist with an amazing customer service skill. You will sell and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers. No prior insurance experience is needed and all expenses to get licensed are covered. Responsibilities:
- Prepare to become a licensed representative through attending appropriate courses, participation in training activities, to obtain P&C license
- Identify, qualify, and develop insurance opportunities and prospective clients
- Foster excellent relationships with clients and prospects through inbound calls, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support
- Offer the best coverage for insured, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage. Present policies to insured and educate them on coverages and rates
- Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention
- Meet and exceed sale’s goal and execute sales activity documentation in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Understand, promote, and remain current on company underwriting guidelines, announcements, related to changes in company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Highly motivated and strong persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive attending the potential or current clients
- High level of initiative, drive, or desire/openness to learn new skills and information
Process:
- Background Check - Satisfactory results of a background check will be part of the process
- Finger Printing required
- Six Weeks of Training
- Passing state required exam
- Additional training may be required

Pay: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour
