Currently we are looking for customer service support for our inbound and outbound calls. This position requires someone with great phone etiquette, a willingness to help others, strong problem solving skills, and an organizational mindset. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You will work hand in hand with our sales and production team to provide top-notch service to all our clients needs under the home.

Position Requirements: *
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of customer service experience preferred with industry experience is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- This position is on-site with an option to work from home occasionally.
