Job Description

As a customer service representative, you will convert incoming calls, text messages, and emails into booked service appointments.

• Provide a world-class customer service experience
• Demonstrate empathy for urgent plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs
• Input and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
• Promote active loyalty memberships, promotions, and any additional services we provide to customers over the phone
• Adhere to call scripts, procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the department to ensure a consistent customer experience
• Meet all quantitative key performance indicators for the customer service role
• Track customer service department metrics to ensure we are hitting our 3-day call board

Job Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and answer multi-line phone calls
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
• Strong degree of self-motivation to provide a world-class customer service experience
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Sound judgment and exceptional problem-solving skills
• Be professional, reliable, and show up daily with a positive attitude
• Proven team player and ability to cover shifts as needed
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
