Position summary:

Setra Systems is seeking a motivated candidate with a bias for action and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. This person will be responsible providing professional and quality service for Customers who use Setra products to provide innovative solutions within the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Energy Management industries.

This is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers via phone, email and fax
• Collaborate with CSR Team within a Teams channel
• Working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to confirm pricing, shipments, and order status
• Use JDE to provide order status and pull quotes for pricing and part availability
• Assess and enter orders and service requests in JDE Oracle
• Efficiently update existing orders per customer change request
• Examine and resolve requests that have shipping issues
• Evaluate and enter credit requests in CAWeb Issues Database
• Regularly checking online customer portals
• Daily management of task allocation
• Investigate and sort out open orders on production hold
• Review system entries and log errors found
• Lead Electronic Data interchange tool through JDE Oracle
• Add and Maintain Address Book of accounts in JDE Oracle
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills/Experience:

• High School Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient with MS Office (excel*)
• Experience in SalesForce Software
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-centric demeanor and ability to maintain a friendly, professional demeanor

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience working directly with customers in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learning new technology and able to quickly get familiar with navigating various software applications
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle a plus!

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5:00pm
