Aerial Bouquets, an SRP Company, is a wholesale distributor of balloons, gifts, and floral supplies. We currently supply our product line to multiple supermarket chains across the nation. We pride ourselves on our service to our customers as well as our product selection, making sure we have the best products available to our customers. We are currently looking for an additional Customer Service Representative to add to our team and help assist our customers by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
How you’ll contribute to deliver exceptional service to our existing customers.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so that customer questions can be answered correctly
- Processing orders
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communication and coordinating with co-workers, as necessary
- Ensuring customer satisfaction

- Experience working with computers
