Harvard Resource is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our automotive client in Lake Orion on on a temp to direct hire basis

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining The Vision CRM software
- Working with customer portals
- Creating and managing quotes
- Handling sales orders
- Managing invoicing using Navision software
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in using The Vision CRM software
- Experience working with customer portals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- In-office work availability from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
