The Customer Service Representative assists patients in meeting their financial obligation with DCMC; Completes follow-up activity for accounts with an insurance balance; Calls patients to perform collections on their self-pay balance; Assists incoming callers regarding their accounts.
Minimum Education Required: Associate degree or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum Related Years of Experience (per minimum education) Required: Two years healthcare experience preferred; One year related experience required.
Skills Required: Excellent Customer Service skills; Strong communication skills; Ability to analyze issues and solve them creatively; Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Shift: No set schedule, work as needed by the department Monday - Friday.
