Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Utilize the phone, email, and chat rooms to resolve customer questions and concerns
- Follow guided instructions to assist customers with product questions
- Meet productivity targets
- Effectively handle customer conflict and offer solutions
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Comfortable using a computer to navigate various software (Microsoft Suite + NetSuite)
Day Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $19.00 per hour
