Customer Success Specialist
As our growth continues, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Success Department. The role is certainly not “same stuff, different day.” We’re looking for a dynamic person who can operate under an umbrella of direction; someone who can raise their own sails when the opportunity arises, but who isn’t afraid to turn the engine on to stay on course when needed. You know, the perfect combination of trailblazer and communicator.
This role will report to the Director of Customer Success
Some of the things you’ll do:
- Sales Operations Administration
- Track client inquiries and & resolutions to ensure we meet the client specifications
- Assist in the creation & maintenance of client delivery documentation including sales materials, user support materials, and custom visual requests
- Assist in completion of procurement-related administration to include vendor information forms and client information portal registration processes
- Support the Director of Customer Success in client implementation processes including gathering client requirements, generating presentation decks, and translating meeting notes into action items
- You’ll be our ears and scribe for various client sales meetings and support calls to ensure visibility of tasks, timelines, and requests for our team
- Follow up on inquiry calls; respond to specific client inquiries promptly and professionally; You know, like a wolverine with some tact.
- Client Support
- Manage the third-party support ticketing system including classification of tickets, initial triage, internal communications with other company employees, and customer communications
- Manage all communications and prioritization of client enhancement requests with both the client and the internal ChangeAnalytics team
What makes you a great fit:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal skills (obviously)
- A background in customer service, sales operations & sales administration
- Experience in procurement processes and completion of related procurement documentation
- Knowledge of sales implementation processes and client onboarding
- Background in support-ticketing processes and web-based support systems (Zen Desk knowledge would be a plus)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
