Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Team. Serves as an escalation point for the team and customers.
- Establishes clear and concise performance goals and development targets for individual team members and the group. Lead development, training, and documentation of customer service processes and work instructions.
- Develops and maintains metrics to track performance and business contribution for the Customer Service function. Develop and communicate weekly and month-end reports. Communicate results and identify key trends to Operations and direct team.

Core competencies we are hiring for
- Leadership - Take ownership of key business activities and strategic initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, delegate as required and coach/mentor junior staff.
- Strategic Thinking - Able to translate high-level company strategic growth objectives into discrete and actionable strategic plans and develop a roadmap for success.
- Communication - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, executive leadership, etc.), manage competing priorities, and articulate a vision in a structured and a professional manner
- Adaptable - Able to quickly understand business functions, processes, technologies and people with analytical discipline, draw on experience and use empathy to develop a point of view for action
Qualifications:
- Highly detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- With at least 10+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Operations Management experience with process improvement projects/ Business Process improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, consulting and analytical skills
- Passion for customer success
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization, able to adapt to changes in role/responsibilities
- Proven ability to operate & lead successfully multi-functional teams in large-complex global organizations.
- Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas.
- Excellent oral, presentation, written communication, and organizational skills.
