Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Job Summary: Our growing reseller business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our Customer Support team. Neuco Customer Support Representatives are responsible for handling an array of front-line requests. Some of these tasks include interacting with customers over the phone, via email, and chat. Throughout all of these interactions, Customer Support Representatives must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible. Each interaction affects the company’s bottom line in either a positive or negative way, so a great Customer Support Representative must add value to the organization. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customers’ issues and then offer a solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role is a calm individual who can communicate efficiently and effectively with customers and vendors.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming customer requests regarding shipping issues, product problems, service questions, and general customer concerns
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and vendors through open and interactive communication
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers/vendors and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer/vendor contact
- Go the “extra mile” to engage customers
- Work with various departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Work with the management team to innovate and implement new processes and polices to keep Neuco as the industry leader in wholesale HVACR distribution
- Maintain a personal contact log
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED required
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers and vendors at all times
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday – 8 hour work day with a 45 minute lunch break
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Able to correspond with customers, vendors, and coworkers via email, chat, phone, website requests, and our own inventory control system (Neuco System)
- Motivated individual who is hard working and can work within a team dynamic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
