This role is responsible for investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies and completing cycle counts.

What You Will Do:
Maintain expert knowledge of Ecolab inventory systems

Bin location audits

Process cycle counts and crisis counts, and provide results

Review daily warehouse receipts for discrepancies

Coordinates between various departments to correct inventory issues

Research root causes for inventory issues and report to manager

Update Material Status, Inhouse damages, adjust WMS as required

Recommend process or methods to prevent future inventory discrepancies.

Proactively communicates maintenance needs, quality issues, or other situations that impact safety, quality, or productivity to supervisor

Works in other departments in which he/she is trained based on business needs
Position Details

Plant location: San Bernardino, CA

Work week and shift: Monday- Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm

Compensation package offered: $24.00 / hour

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree OR a High School Diploma and minimum 3 years of related inventory control experience

3 years of re lated experience and/or training

Proficiency with Micro soft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Physical Demands :
Must be ableto lift/carry 20lbs

Must be able to pass a drug screen

Preferred Requirements

Experience in warehouse operations

Lean Six Sigma training

Prior SAP experience

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong analytical acumen, problem solving and process design experience

Excellent communication skills

For California locations only.
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range: $24.00 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
